Trish’s practice includes real estate law, business law, and estate planning. In her real estate practice, she effectively and efficiently represents buyers and sellers in both large and small real estate transactions. Trish has several years of experience in the real estate arena. She has undergone advanced training in real estate closings and is a licensed agent with Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company.

In her estate planning practice, Trish thoughtfully guides clients through the process of creating their estate plans. She has experience working with single individuals, divorced individuals with minor children, families with children, blended families, and families touched by disabilities and special needs.

In her business law practice, Trish counsels small to medium size businesses, at formation and throughout the life of the business, on an array of matters and drafts all of the documents clients need to effectively run their business ventures.

In her past experience, she has litigated and mediated large and small business disputes that have ranged in complexity and have included matters involving contract disputes, property disputes, healthcare and regulatory issues, professional liability, and intellectual property disputes.
Trish is also a skilled and effective negotiator and facilitator with significant experience in mediation and arbitration. She has undergone advanced training in mediation through Quinnipiac University School of Law
Trish’s litigation experience and mediation training have enabled her to become adept at advising clients on the myriad issues they encounter, proficient at drafting contracts and agreements, and skilled in negotiating and effectuating collaboration in a variety of contexts.

Education, Training and Memberships
Trish received her Juris Doctorate degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts, cum laude, from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
She received mediation training in general mediation and in family law mediation through the Quinnipiac University School of Law Center on Dispute Resolution and the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce.
She has handled arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association.
She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce, and the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce.
